Dreams2Memories is an organisation based in Northern Ireland dedicated to granting dreams to adults with terminal illnesses. At present, we are in the process of registering as a charity and will update these terms accordingly once registration is confirmed.

2. Eligibility for Dream Applications

• Applications can only be submitted by or on behalf of individuals aged 18 and over.

• At this stage, applications are limited to residents of Northern Ireland.

• All dream requests are subject to eligibility, availability, funding, and review by our team.

• A medical confirmation of diagnosis is required from a specialist before any application can proceed.

• We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to any user found to be in breach of these terms.
